He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, James of Ronkonkoma, Christine LaRosa (Steve) of Ronkonhoma, Nicole Mustacaros (Keon Ebron) of Brockton and Alura Mustacaros (Jamin Maki) of Bourne; and his grandchildren, James, Giovanna, Nazir, Coltin, Aiyla and Evelyn.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tunnels to Towers (http://www.t2t.org) or St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
