He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Combs and Patricia Combs. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael (Deb Combs), Chris Combs (Carolyn Sovet) and Matt Combs (Grace Lopes); and his nieces and nephews, Scott (Dan Combs), Dani, Eddie (Kyle Jameson) and Adam (Andrew Bernstein).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a college scholarship fund for Addison and Luke in memory of Chuck through Go Fund Me or to Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
