He is survived by: his wife Cornelia Voorhees; his brother David Sobel; his children, Julie and Liddy Leitman; his children-in-law, Chan MacVeagh and Paul Knoepflmacher; his niece Lori; his nephew Michael Ubell; and his friend Eddie Wango. He is also survived by his family and friends.
