He is survived by: his wife Joan; his siblings, Russell Neary (Nancy), Barbara Daiute, Alison Bartel and Anne Neary; and his children, William Neary III (Donna), Amy Townsend (Jon), Shawn Neary (Kim), Russ Neary (Mary), Cheryl Souza (John), John Holmes (Carol) and Kimberly Clayson (Christopher). He is also survived by his children, extended family, and friends.
