It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth E. Bouchard (Kingston, Massachusetts), born in Plymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 29, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Norman E. Bouchard; her parents, Andrew Washburn and Mildred Washburn (Chandler); and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her children, Norman E. Bouchard Jr. (Kristin) of Marstons Mills, Thomas Bouchard Sr. (Susan) of Kingston, Judith E. MacPherson (Paul Keith) of Plymouth and Denise Gregson (Douglas) of Guam; and her brothers, Roland and Donald Washburn.
