He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ben DeLeo and Theresa DeLeo; his wife Linda; his children, Richard Jr. (Maura) and Stephanie; his grandchildren, Ashley, Samantha and Brayden; his aunt Anne Fidanza; his sister-in-law Linda; his nieces and nephews, Jessie, Bryan Watson, Laura and Jason Dobrindt; his brother Gerald DeLeo; his uncle William Fidanza; and also, Caroline and Jackie (Jon).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Rich's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Cranberry Hospice of Plymouth, Massachusetts.
