He is survived by: his wife Maureen Gilli Clark; his son Richard A Clark; his brother Fred Clark of Connecticut; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Gilli of Kingston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
