We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2019, Phyllis Brown (Kingston, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brothers, Anthony and Benjamin (Eleanor Cardinal). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Brown; her brothers, Matthew Perrone (Deborah) of Plymouth and Joseph Cardinal (Jeannette) of East Bridgewater; and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Brown of Kingston and Henry Brown of Plymouth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
