She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Roslindale; her husband George P. Fox; her daughters, Melissa Fox Lincoln (Robert) of Fairhaven, Katrina Barry (James) of Medford, Deidre Fox of West Roxbury, Gretchen Fox (Paul O'Brien) of Kingston and Linda Foley (Greg) of North Easton; her grandchildren, Jayme Heon Sweeney (Joseph), Gabrielle Heon, Victoria "Tori" Barry, Jim Barry Jr., Ashley Frank and Rachel Allen (Brad); her great grandchildren, Faith, Kirsten, Noah, Amir and Nikolina; her brother-in-law Ronald Fox of Kingston; her goddaughters, Karin McCarthy Mazzella, Patricia Russo Gibbs and Michelle Gorman Coill; and her friends, Joan Marie Gorman and Jane Silveria. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Joan's name to the New England Center and Home for Veterans at 17 Court St, Boston, MA 02108 or the Salvation Army.
