She was predeceased by: her parents, Ebba Messinger (Eklund) and Abner Messinger; her spouses, Sharon Chief of Police and Albert R. Horan; and her grandson Nicholas.
She is survived by: her children, Roy (Karen), Kenneth (Karen), Lois and Elizabeth (Theodore Joubert); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Kelsey, Kenneth, Andrew, Jonathan, Sarah, Hannah, Valerie, Michael and Amanda.
