He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn A. Honkalehto (Sweeney); his parents, Antti Honkalehto and Olga Honkalehto (Naponen); his children, Karen H. Sweeney and Eric Honkalehto; and his siblings, Oswald Honkalehto and Helvie Nickerson.

He is survived by: his son Peter Honkalehto (Anne Keys); his grandson Matt of Marshfield; his daughter Kristen Cox (Richard) of Duxbury; and his grandchildren, Erik, Kelsey and Brian Cox of Duxbury. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the charity of your choice.
