He is survived by: his wife Carmen Scarpaci (Serrano); his children, Guy Scarpaci Jr. (Jen) of Marriottsville, Maryland., Tammy Eitas (Jon) of Marshfield and Tina Collins (Pat) of Halifax; his stepchildren, Andres Otero (Monica) of Boston and Yari Otero of Quincy; his brothers, John Scarpaci of Attleboro and Frank Scarpaci of Florida; his brother-in-law Roberto Serrano; and his grandchildren, Guy III, Ashley, Joey, Gianna, Emma, Kaitlyn, Jenna, Abigail, Jonathan and Andy.
