He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Lewis and Agnes Lewis (Koelsch). He is survived by: his wife Lisa E. Lewis (Holmes); his children, Derek J. Lewis, Danielle LaPlante of Dedham, Caitlin A. Lewis of Bridgewater and Adam J. Lewis of Kingston; his brothers, Nelson Lewis (Bing Pan) of Chicopee and Jason Lewis (Christine) of Plympton; his mother-in-law Ann Holmes of Kingston; and his siblings-in-law, Frederick Jordan (Kathy) of Kingston, Cynthia Kau of El Segundo, Gail Gunning of Gloucester and Theodore Holmes (Jane) of Falmouth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Gordon to the Boston Childrens Hospital.
