He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin Wiggin and Mary Angela Wiggin (Moulaison); his wife Donna (Martin); his children, Bill, Stephen, Tom, John (Michelle), Paul and Donna Marie; and his grandchildren, Tommy, Gregory, Billy of Corey, JD, Nicole, Tristan and Ashley.
