Perry, III (Kimberlee) of Whitman; his grandchildren, Jerome, Jr., Jayli, Jaden, Tyler, Makenzie, Stella and Audrey; his great grandchild Payton; and his sister Kimberly Tavares. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
