He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ballinger, and June Ballinger, Sr. (Cram); and his children, Darryl, Jason and Jody.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jim, Sam, Alan, Mary and Anne; his wife Sheila (Gallivan); and his children, Little David, Tina, Victor, Maria, Nancy, Tyler and Darena.
