He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fisher and Barbara Fisher (Smith); his brother Robert Fisher; and his wife Evelyn A. Fisher (Thompson). He is survived by: his close friend Constance A. Rothmund; his sons, Charles Jr., Jeffrey and Mark Fisher; and his sister Jeanne Smith. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
