She is survived by: her mother Patricia Michaels Codey of Pittsfield; her husband Jim Majka; her daughters, Olivia Majka and Addison Majka; and her siblings, Patrick Codey of Pittsfield, Kevin Codey of Pittsfield and Christine Codey of Pittsfield. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
