She is survived by: her sons, Leonard A. Jacobs (Carol) of Kingston and Jeff S. Falandys (Valerie) of Brockton; her grandchildren, Heather Jacobs (Megan), Megan Jacobs-Carta (Meghan), Mitchell Jacobs (Tessa), Jordan Falandys and Justin Falandys; and her siblings, Cynthia Carreiro, Herbert Jacobs and Raymond Jacobs of Plymouth. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
