She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Svagzdys and Tekla Svagzdys (Rynshall); her husband Harold L. "Roy" Appleton; and her son Mark Appleton. She is survived by: her children, Gail Appleton of Brockton and Janice Wheeler; her granddaughters, Michal and Melissa; and her brother John of Hingham. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild.
