Perry M. Puppolo Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2024, at the age of 66, Perry M. Puppolo in Jefferson, Massachusetts, born in Adams, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Michael G. Puppolo; his wife Erin J. Freitag-Puppolo; and his brother Rodney Puppolo. He is survived by: his mother Elaine D. Puppolo (Wnuk); his children, Michael, Ryan and Fallon; his children-in-law, Kristen, Stephanie and Cody; his grandchildren, Jack, Emma, Mia, Conner and Logan; his brother Gary Puppolo (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Lisa Puppolo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
