He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph P. Fahey and Beryl Fahey (Fox); and his brother Peter A. Fahey. He is survived by: his siblings, John A. Fahey, Madeleine Spangle (Fahey) and Pauline M. Fahey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as his many Jesuit Brothers.
