With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert McGovern of Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, born in Brighton, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 30, 2021 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte; and his siblings, Eddie, Gerry, Mae and Eileen.
He is survived by: his children, Robert McGovern Jr. (Kim) of Hatfield, Susan McGovern of Scituate, MA, Patricia McGovern of Harpswell, ME and Kevin McGovern (Barbara) of Orrs Island, ME.; and his grandchildren, Christina Jeffrey, Jose Cure, Brittany McGovern, Colin, Taylor McGovern, Travis Oldefendt, Tiffany and Tracy Jenkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and a great granddaughter.
