She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary "Molly" and John Hunt; and her son Steve Sands of Quincy, MA. She is survived by: her children, Paul McLaughlin (Madeline) of Carver, MA, Maureen Ritz, John McLaughlin of Las Vegas, NV, Orla OMalley Daly of Pacifica, CA, Kerry McLaughlin (Jeremy Stuger) of Attleboro, MA and Nancy Abramo (Steve) of Revere, MA.; her grandchildren, Mark, Megan, Patrick, Erin, Bridget, Victoria, Sonny, Ultan, Cashel and Sorcha; her great grandchild Genevieve; and her brothers, John Hunt (Jacqueline) of Washington, DC and Gene Hunt (Margaret) of Millis, MA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peggy's memory to Boston Children's Hospital Trust.
