He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore S. Kafulides and Katharine "Irene" Kafulides (Ostopesides); his daughter Katherine Elaine Thibault of Rowley; his grandchildren, Michael Aaron Michon and Bethany Damon; his former wife Theodora Kafulides; and his brothers, Stephen and John Kafulides.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Damon (Bill) of Salisbury, Karen Katherine Davis (Charles Hewitt) of Groveland and Scott Stuart Allie (Elisabeth) of Portland, Oregon.; his sons-in-law, Skip Thibault and Philip Davis; his grandchildren, Grampa, Papou, Courtney Irene Thibault of Rowley, Andrea Estelle Davis of Groveland, Jordan Joseph Thibault (Brigid) of Ipswich, Sidiri, Sarah Allie of Portland, May and Arya Collins of Ipswich; and his great grandchild Toby Reynolds.
