Carroll (Ipswich, Massachusetts), born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Joan and John Logan; his nephew Christopher Carroll; and his siblings, Janet Sylvestro and Leonard Carroll.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law Thomas Logan; his wife Ellin Carroll (Logan); his children, Ryan J. Carroll (Heather), Tyler, Avery of Portsmouth, NH and Shannon E. Carroll (Matthew Johnston); his grandchild Lilah of Amesbury; his sister Barbara Gray of Danvers; his great-niece Tara; and his family, John, Bill, Tom, Justin, Andrew, Mary, Elizabeth and Suzanne Logan.
