He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Burnett and Eva Burnett (Cummings). He is survived by: his former wife Joanne; his son Bretley R. Burnett (Jackie) of Wenham; his granddaughter Nicole Bushong; his great grandchildren, Ruby and Vivian Bushong; his brother Donald Burnett of Wenham; his niece Susan Burnett; and his nephews, David and Donald Burnett.
