He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Collins and Evelyn Grant (Mills); his stepfather Richard Grant; and his sister Joan McGuigan. He is survived by: his wife Christine Collins; his children, Brendan Collins (Megan Miller) and Siobhan Deary (Collins); his brother Chuck Collins (Elizabeth McGovern); and his parents-in-law, Janet and Bob Valentyn. He is also survived by brother and sister-in laws, step sisters and brother, cousins, nieces, nephews.
