She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer E. Roberts and Eunice L. Roberts (Morris); her husband Raymond W. Courage, Jr.; her son Stephen E. Havener; and her brothers, Charles Roberts and Norman Roberts.

She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy A. (Peter Andrews), Carol A. (Harold Parsons), Cheri L. (Allan Whittier) and Darlene (Joe Perkins); her grandchildren, Donna, Harry, Krystal, Joseph, Dylan, Ricky, Brian and Stephanie (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Ella of Jack, J. J. and Jaxson; and her sister Gladys Marr of Topsfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
