It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph David Short of Ipswich, Massachusetts, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammons Short and Gladys Short (Watkins); and his spouse Donnelly "Donna" Short (Caldwell). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends, and his two beloved dogs.
Family and friends are cordially welcomed; however, due to COVID restrictions, there will be no on-site reception.
