It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Walter Souter Jr. of Ipswich, Massachusetts, born in Melrose, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Christine and Charlene; and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Victoria, Gianna and Samuel. He is also survived by first wife, their two sons.
