She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Welch, and John C. Welch, Sr.; and her husband Glen Eri Parker. She is survived by: her children, Janet Domingo (Raymond), Laurel Kincaid (Daryl), Patricia Parker (Fernando Umpierrez) and Glen Parker (Erick Urbina); and her grandchildren, Jeanette Kincaid and Douglas Kincaid.
