He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ann Corkum. He is survived by: his children, Freeman I. Corkum, Jr. (Donna) of Ipswich and Lisa B. Corkum of Ipswich; his brother Robert Corkum (Peggy) of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Kristine Corkum of Denver, CO, William Corkum of Beverly, Kimberly Corkum of Boston, Casey Lubell of Ipswich and George Lubell of Ipswich; and his great grandchildren, Harper Bailey Lister and Avery Mae Corkum.
