Howland Jr. of Ipswich, Massachusetts, born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul P. Clarke, William and Judith Burke; his aunt Karen Nelson; and his uncle Edward Burke.
He is survived by: his parents, David Howland, Sr. and Phyllis Howland (Burke); his son Lucian Clements; his siblings, Robert Howland, Johnathan (Amanda), Gabby and Matthew; and his grandmother Jessica B. Clarke. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
