He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tommy Wilcox and Mary Helen Baxter. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Wilcox (Maria) of North Carolina, Rachael Wilcox of Los Gatos, CA, Marcus Wilcox (Jennifer) of Newburyport, MA and Ben Wilcox (Wendi) of Wenham.
