He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice Charles (Manos); and his siblings, Jenny, Tasia, Thomas, Peter, James, George, William, Irene, Helen, John and Paul.
He is survived by: his sister Eleanor; his son Michael of Bradford; his grandsons, Matthew, Chris, Adrian and Alex; and his great grandchildren, Eliza, Evelyn and Eleanor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to Ipswich Council on Aging, 25 Green St., Ipswich, MA 01938, a vital organization for the elderly who helped Charles in many ways in his golden years.
