It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Nahatis (Ipswich, Massachusetts), born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Mitchell and Jane Mitchell; her former husband Christos G. Nahatis; her son Arthur; her daughter-in-law Sue; and her sisters, Penelope Gould and Christina Hanson.
She is survived by: her son Charles Nahatis; her daughter-in-law Stella; her daughter Stephanie Senecal; her son-in-law Daniel; her daughters, Christina Nahatis Barrett and Johanna Kadra; her son-in-law Malcolm; her grandchildren, Alyssa Nahatis, Christie Peterson (Lief), Chris Nahatis (Loria), Joshua Silverstein (Caitlin), David Silverstein (Katie), Lauren Silverstein (Justin West), Alexandra Sweet (Michael) and Paul Danehy Jr. (Kyle Donovan); her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Alexia Peterson, Robert, Deacon Silverstein, Athan, Alice Nahatis, Hugo, Charlotte, Sophie Silverstein and Trey Danehy; and her godson Orestes Brown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
