It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stella H. Soja of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Stella may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Smola and Helen Smola (Powloka); and her husband Stanley M. Soja. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Balicki of Westerly, RI, Stanley J. Soja of Indian Orchard, Lori Sganga of Virginia Beach, VA, Frances Picariello of Colorado Springs, CO, Claudia LaFlamme (Earl) of Edgewater, FL and Jeffrey Soja of Wilbraham. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, along with other extended family members and friends.
