He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Provencher and Patricia Provencher (Quinn); and his half-sister Linda Dascanio. He is survived by: his wife Monica Provencher (Wheeler); his daughters, Lisa (Joseph Sheehan), Kara (Jason Harris), Ashley Welch of Indian Orchard and Raeanne Provencher of Indian Orchard; his siblings, Robert (Linda Provencher), Gary (Theresa Provencher), Deb Kratovil of East Longmeadow and John Provencher of Chicopee; his brother-in-law Peter Dascanio; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Christopher, Kaleigh, Rachel, Brendan and Kelsey.
