He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Maynard and Lillia Maynard (O'Keefe); and his siblings, Carol, Sandy and Mark Maynard.
He is survived by: his brother David Maynard; his sons, Richie Maynard Jr. (Jessica Godin) and Jim Maynard; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Maynard; his daughter Tina Bean; his grandchildren, Maria Maynard and Brayden Bean; and his close friend Robert Murphey.
