It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Kaczowka of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Kaczowka and Krystyna Kaczowka (Lizak); his brother Mark Kaczowka; and his uncles, John, Stanley and Joseph Lizak.
He is survived by: his brother Michael Kaczowka of Indian Orchard; and his aunts and uncles, Barbara Wozniak (Kazimierz) of Ludlow, Sandra Lizak of Wilbraham, Teresa of Chicopee, Wladzia Lizak of Chicopee, Zygmunt Kaczowka of Connecticut and Frank Kaczowka of Poland.
