It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Kaczowka of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Kaczowka and Krystyna Kaczowka (Lizak); his brother Mark Kaczowka; and his uncles, John, Stanley and Joseph Lizak.
He is survived by: his brother Michael Kaczowka of Indian Orchard; and his aunts and uncles, Barbara Wozniak (Kazimierz) of Ludlow, Sandra Lizak of Wilbraham, Teresa of Chicopee, Wladzia Lizak of Chicopee, Zygmunt Kaczowka of Connecticut and Frank Kaczowka of Poland.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services (15 Ludlow Ave, Springfield, MA 01151). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (25 Parker St, Indian Orchard, MA 01151). A burial was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at the St. Aloysius Cemetery (1273 Berkshire Ave, Indian Orchard, MA 01151).
