He is survived by: his children, Susan Woodbury (Mark) of Indian Orchard, Anthony Fields (Melissa) of Chicopee and Katie Furr (Jason) of Chicopee; his grandchildren, Tyler, Alyssa, Dominic, Charlotte and Elizabeth; his siblings, Richard, Wayne Fields and Donna Rooney-Gaj; and his girlfriend's daughter Theresa Karam (David) of Chicopee.
