It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Krystyna H. Kaczowka of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 5, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Lizak and Stefanie Lizak (Zielonka); her husband Stanislaw Kaczowka; her son Mark Kaczowka; and her brothers, Stanley, Jozef and John Lizak.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard of Indian Orchard and Michael Kaczowka of Indian Orchard; her sister Barbara Wozniak (Kazimierz) of Ludlow; and her sisters-in-law, Teresa, Wladzia and Sandy Lizak. She is also survived by her family, friends.
