He is survived by: his father Don Hardaker of North Adams, MA; his daughter Amber Hardaker of North Adams, MA; and his siblings, Thomas Juzba (Tara Juzba) of Indian Orchard, MA, Kevin Juzba (Lynn Juzba) of Dayton Ohio, Dwayne Hardaker of North Adams, MA, James Flamand (Lisa Collamore) of Warren, RI, Mark Jennings (Marisa Troiano) of Providence, RI, Edward Jennings (Sherry Jennings) of Cranston, RI, Donna Contreras (Eddie Contreras) of Jamestown, SC and Vicki Andre (Joseph Andre) of West Warwick, RI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
