He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanislaw Gawlik and Katherine Gawlik; his wife Amelia Zaganiacz of Gilbertville; his grandchildren, Alan Perry (Kimberly), Michael Perry (Kristen), Carriann Bailey (Peter) and Daniel Gawlik; his great grandchildren, Alan Perry, Thomas Bailey (Chelsea), Amanda Bailey and Madeline Perry; and his great great grandchild Joey Bailey. He was also cherished by three children.
