She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kupeck and Clara Florentina Kupeck (Misiaszek); her siblings, Leon Kupeck, Mary Miloz and Vicky Misiaszek; and her son Joseph Chlastawa.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Chlastawa, Cynthia Sniezak of Orlando, FL, Ted Chlastawa Jr. (Monica) of Rio Rancho, NM and Michael Chlastawa of Holland, MA.; her grandchildren, Mike Jr., Jack, Colleen, Joseph and Bridget; and her husband Thaddeus Chlastawa (Ted).
