She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Buczko and Teodora Buczko (Bandurka); and her sister Maria. She is survived by: her husband Jozef Wurszt; her sons, Richard Wurszt (Barbara) of Ludlow, Edward Wurszt (Denise) of Wilbraham and Michal Wurszt of Indian Orchard; and her grandchildren, Alexa, Randy, Eddie, Peter and Matthew.
