She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lafley and Mary Lafley (Huard); and her husband Kenneth. She is survived by: her children, Debra O'Connor of Springfield, Lori Holda (James) of Monson, Kenneth Jr. (Ruth) of Springfield and Kathleen O'Connor of Indian Orchard. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Helen's name to the St. Jude Shrine, 512 West Saratoga St, Baltimore, MD 21201-1896.
