He is survived by: his wife Christine Palmer of East Longmeadow; his stepson Donald; his granddaughter Caleigh; his son Frederick R Palmer III of Springfield; his former wife Patricia A Palmer of Ludlow; his siblings, Robert Palmer (Dale) of Florida and Anita Smock of Florida; his niece Kathryn Palmer Kenny; his brother-in-law Patrick McCory; and his goddaughter Nikki Zuba.
