She was predeceased by : her parents, Kajeton Kaczowka and Sophie Kaczowka (Mondry); and her siblings, Stephen Kaczowka, Julian Kaczowka, Stella Tetrault, Wanda Sniezyk and Phyllis Paul.

She is survived by : her nephew Msgr; and her nieces, Linda Savage (Thomas) of Lee and Karen Boucher (Daniel) of Chelmsford. She is also survived by several grand nieces and grand nephews, as well as a great-grand niece and great-grand nephews.

Donations in Amelia's memory may be made to Bethlehem House, 33 Knipfer Ave., Easthampton, MA 01027.
